EVENT/RESERVATION GUIDELINES

The BOYD ROOM (Library) is only guaranteed to parties of

12-28 people if a deposit is placed.

If there is no deposit paid, you will be bumped into the

main dining room for a party with a deposit.

12 or more people require a deposit of $20/person before 4pm

and $25/person after 4pm.

All deposits will go towards Food, Beverage, and Alcohol.

Tax and Gratuities are extra. We do not charge room rental fees.

Before 4pm you can order Lunch OR Dinner Banquets.

After 4pm they may only order Dinner Banquets.

All parties over 30 people must give a menu item count or switch to buffet menu.

You may order off the menu, however, if it’s over 20 people, you must give us menu counts and choices at least 2 days prior to event.

DECORATIONS: NOTHING IS TO BE ATTACHED IN ANY WAY TO ANYTHING. FREE STANDING DECORATIONS ONLY. GUESTS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO PREMESIS AND ANY REPAIRS.

MUSIC: NO LIVE MUSIC/ENTERTAINMENT OR SPEAKERS TO PLAY MUSIC/ENTERTAINMENT WILL BE ALLOWED WITH OUT

PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT.

FEE SCHEDULE

Sundays (any size party) (Entire Restaurant)

4 hours between 12pm-8pm $2,800 deposit/min. spend

6 hours between 12pm-8pm $4,200 deposit/min. spend

8 hours between 12pm-8pm $5,800 deposit/min. spend

Saturday 2pm-4pm (Entire Restaurant)

$1,200 deposit/min. spend

Saturday 12pm-4pm (Entire Restaurant)

$1,800 deposit/min. spend

Saturdays 4pm and on (parties 12-39 people)

$25/person deposit/min. spend

Saturdays 4pm and on (parties of 40-75 people)

$4,000 min. deposit/min. spend

Fridays 4pm and on (parties 12-39 people)

$25/person deposit/min. spend

Fridays 4pm and on (parties of 40-75 people)

$4,000 min. deposit/min. spend

Tv’s or Projector use $50

All deposits go towards Food, Beverage, Alcohol, Tv, Projector.

Tax and Gratuities are extra.

There will be no refunds for no shows or if the minimum spend was not reached.
